These Terms and Conditions govern your use of stooppumpkins.com and any orders placed with Stoop Pumpkins NYC. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Our Service
Stoop Pumpkins NYC provides seasonal pumpkin delivery and display services in New York City, Westchester County, Rockland County, and surrounding areas. We deliver and arrange hand-selected heirloom pumpkin displays at residential and commercial properties.
Orders and Booking
- All orders are subject to availability. Booking closes August 15th or when our order limit is reached, whichever comes first.
- Requested delivery weeks are subject to confirmation. We will contact you 1-2 days before your delivery week to confirm the exact date and time.
- We reserve the right to adjust delivery scheduling due to weather, supply constraints, or other circumstances outside our control.
- Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
Pricing and Payment
- All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice prior to booking.
- Delivery fees are added at checkout based on your selected delivery zone.
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of booking.
- Your total charge includes the package price, any selected add-ons, and applicable delivery fees.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. Pumpkins are perishable goods sourced specifically for each order. We are unable to offer refunds once an order is placed. That said, we understand life happens — if something comes up before your delivery date please contact us at hello@stooppumpkins.com and we will do our best to work something out.
Delivery
- We deliver within our listed service zones. Delivery fees vary by zone as shown on our website.
- Someone does not need to be present at the property for deliveries.
- Last standard delivery date is October 11th.
Pumpkin Longevity and Surface Damage
Pumpkins are natural products and will eventually decompose. On NYC concrete and stone stoops pumpkins typically last 4-8 weeks under normal fall conditions. Every display includes our complimentary pest deterrent treatment. Once pumpkins begin to soften they should be composted promptly. Stoop Pumpkins NYC is not responsible for any staining, discoloration, or surface damage caused by pumpkins left out past their natural lifespan.
Removal Service
- Removal service is available as an add-on at checkout for an additional fee.
- Removal pickup windows run from November 1st through December 3rd.
- If you do not book removal service you are responsible for disposing of your pumpkins.
- Pumpkins should be composted rather than placed in regular trash when possible.
Dried Eucalyptus and Floral Accents
Fresh eucalyptus and faux dried hydrangeas used in floral accent add-ons remain the property of Stoop Pumpkins NYC. Faux hydrangea stems will be collected at the time of removal if removal service is booked. If removal service is not booked please retain the faux stems for our collection or dispose of them responsibly.
Photo Permission
If you grant photo permission at checkout you authorize Stoop Pumpkins NYC to photograph your display and use those images on our social media, website, and marketing materials. Your address will always be blurred and no personally identifying information will be shared. You may withdraw permission at any time by contacting us.
Limitation of Liability
Stoop Pumpkins NYC liability is limited to the amount paid for your order. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to surface damage from pumpkins, injury from pumpkin displays, or loss of any kind.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
